Spirulina is rich in compounds that fight skin aging — phycobiliproteins (powerful antioxidants), chlorophyll (cell renewal), and amino acids (skin barrier repair).

The challenge: these compounds are locked inside the algae cell wall. Most spirulina-based skincare delivers very little of the active substance to the skin.

Cell Disruption® opens the cell walls and releases the actives directly into the serum. Measured anti-aging effects on key skin parameters: pigmentation, hydration, wrinkle depth, skin texture, brightness, pore size and cell renewal.
